Shaun Jemphrey practiced at the Belfast firm of Johns Elliot before joining King & Gowdy in 1989. He became a partner in 1996. 

Head of King & Gowdy’s Corporate Department, Shaun Jemphrey advises in relation to company and business acquisitions, corporate finance, mergers, joint ventures and corporate restructuring . He also acts for various institutional lenders in their recovery work and has an extensive private client practice. 

When not at work, he is a keen golfer and supporter of the Northern Ireland football team.
